I started in customer support, moved into HR operations, Technology PMO and leadership hiring, and later ran my own business for seven years. I now use the same hands-on approach to build LDERLY. I learn quickly, take ownership and focus on solving real problems.

I started improving and automating work in payroll and compliance. Later, I coordinated automation projects in the Technology PMO and used the same practical approach while running my business.

Helped UK customers fix broadband, hardware, software and phone-line problems. Strong customer ratings and resolving issues on the first call earned me a place in a pilot chat-support team.

Built and ran a men’s clothing brand for seven years. Generated approximately ₹46 lakh in recorded turnover, reached ₹20,000 in daily sales and maintained an average gross margin of about 35% before expenses.

LDERLY is an eldercare app I created to help families, seniors, caregivers and care teams stay connected and manage care in one place.

I decided what the product should do, how each user would use it and which features to build first. I also tested and launched it, using Codex and Claude to help with development.
